Trying to stay on track. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I've been down this road before and have succeeded then slipped back. I'm hoping will my final journey eating healthier losing weight. The exercise area is where I need a lot of motivation.

Hi!
Try by logging your food every single day and even if you go over calories, don't fret just learn to do better next time. I used to be one of those people who would be very good first month or so then have a bad day that would turn into bad week(s) and I'd fall off the wagon and said "sod it" and would gain weight and start again.
Iv been logging for 90 days and don't plan to stop, even if I had a bad day I just draw a line and move on. Lost 22lbs in progress and I'm sure could've done better but it's not a marathon.
Learn healthy habits one day at a time.
With regards to exercise, try lots of different things and see which ones you like best! If you aren't happy at the gym, go swimming or take up dance class or go walking. It doesn't have to be a chore!
Good luck!2
