Its easy to get soft when you stop competing. Happens a lot faster than you would think too. I have always lifted and felt like i was in pretty good shape but last spring i was talked into a body challange against my coworkers. I admit i got carried away with it but not only did i destroy those lazy dicks but i dropped about 19lbs and was very lean all summer. I let the weight (10lbs) creep back over the winter and now im leaning back again. My goal weight is 190lbs only because im very lean at that weight. Im over halfway there now and am pretty lean. Im just pulling the last bit of fat off my abdominal wall. Its worth the effort to he lean..0
