    Hello People of america---Good morning. another day and another battle

    Today i'm starting my day off easy. coffee and some fruit. trying to slow down while going through life battle of family and financial struggle. Today my healthy habit is to continue to practice healthy habit of eating and excercise. Hopefully I can go to bed relaxed tonight without all the anxiety, tension and aches that I battle every waking day. Wish me good luck with positive people and good self-will

      yes. I'm definately relaxing not through binge eating but by spreading out my day. Yes, we can do this. everyday is a battle of not letting food control us but living against the control.

      Hello America. Just got through with my evening walk but as I rushed home to eat, the tension and the fight and flight kicked in. I knew tonight will be a battle..
