Currently for breakfast have been doing this smoothie to get my greens in and it's pretty tasty, but looking for some other ideas. Today's smoothie came to 175 calories:
1 large handful Costco Kale & Spinach mix
1 cup Silk Cashew Milk Unsweetened
1 frozen banana
2 tbs. PB Fit
1 tsp. Blue Agave

I've been doing cucumber, melon, kale, raspberries, and plain (basically flavorless) protein powder, with some ice. It ends up a pretty green color despite the raspberries.2

Mine is
12 oz almond milk
1 T almond butter
Chocolate vegan protein powder
2 cups of spinach
1/2 c frozen blueberries
I buy fresh spinach or greens and freeze them that way I don't need ice and my greens don't go bad before I use them.

That's a great idea about freezing your fresh greens. I didn't realize you could do that.1 -
mine:
half a cup of chocolate milk 2 go sport
2 tablespoons of mocha flavoured instant coffee powder
a scoop of berry flavoured protein powder
a banana
half a cup of whatever frozen fruit/berry mix I currently have
sometimes I don't have bananas and then I'll do a full cup of the frozen fruit instead1 -
I'm currently drinking this right now :
Orgain Organic Protein - plant based powder, 2 rounded scoops
Simple Truth Organic - Vanilla Almond Milk, 0.5 cup
Kirkland - Costco - Three Berry Mix, 0.5 cup
Wholesome Garden - Organic Baby Spinach, 42.5 g (guesstimate on that one)
Total: 215 calories, and 24g protein.1 -
Frozen chopped spinach is sold at walmart. Same as frozen chopped kale (saw it last month).1

Frozen raspberries, milk, peanut butter, protein mix. Deliciousness, like sorbet.0

Both are also currently extremely available fresh (no need to go to walmart), which is how I prefer them. I'm also pretty sure walmart is not the exclusive purveyor of frozen greens.0 -
Yep I got my kale/spinach mix in a huge plastic tub at Costco and really like itgirl_inflames wrote: »MelaniaTrump wrote: »Frozen chopped spinach is sold at walmart. Same as frozen chopped kale (saw it last month).

Ah smoothies, one of of my favourite subjects!! My current combo is:
34g Chocolate/peanut butter casein
40g Spinach
40g sachet Hi-fibre oats
25g Blackberries
100g yogurt
200ml vanilla almond milk
15g chia seeds
120ishg banana
It's thick enough that i have to eat it with a spoon.2 -
Just a banana on it's own can be 100-120 calories. Plus almond milk, powdered pb, the kale, agave...can't imagine it being 175 calories.0

Yes, and the cashew milk another 60, the PB fit another 65, another 20 for the agave. Unless this makes 2 smoothies?0 -

Pineapple
mango
peach
vanilla keifer or yogurt
spinach
coconut flakes
flaxseed
