KETO is amazing! Anyone else doing this? I've lost 6lbs and can tell the difference as far as energy and workout pace. I'm 200 lbs, 5'10. #WhatsRichDoing program is my workout regiment.

    Lost 17 pounds. It'll be a month in 3 days. Would have lost more If i didn't have cheat days: abolishing them from now on. Good job! Keto-on. It's the best. I'm almost never hungry :3

    Started yesterday! Found it really easy to follow but immediately felt nauseous and had to force enough fat in. 5lbs within the first day which must be mostly water weight but definitely going to stick it out and see if there are long term benefits.

    I'm really liking keto too! Seeing the weight loss in the above posts is amazing. I have lost 17 pounds in 12 weeks.... not nearly some of the other posters numbers...
    But I am now paying closer attention to calories, because they do matter. Maybe that will speed things up since I have 60 pounds to go still. ;)

    I LOVE keto. It's the best thing that's happened to me. I have cheat days here and there, but normally I do very well. I LOVE IT! I've lost 15 lbs since I started keto, and I just started working out intensely so I'm excited to see the results!
