Why is it after an intense workout my scale will jump up 2-3 pounds?
Does it have to do wiit h water retention or blood flow or what?

Fluid oz does not equal weight oz....
However 16 oz of water does equal close to a pound so ya..stop weighing yourself neurotically1 -

Why would you weigh yourself after a workout?
Do it first thing in the morning when you wake up, once a week (or however often is acceptable for you) same time/scales etc etc0
