This recipe is awesome. I had to share. If I didn't know better I'd think I was eating a chicken nugget.
It tastes so good!!

I heard this recipe from the book clean and hungry. Also might want to try cook yourself thin and then cook yourself dinner there books that provide recipes of your favorite foods using healthier ingredients

Do you know what the serving size, calories, etc are?

Sorry, I just noticed your question. I imported the recipe from the site and it came out 8 servings 263 each.
I can't verify the accuracy though because I did not weigh the ingredients.

I have made these before and also these:

While these recipes are SUPER tasty, they are wayyyyy too high in calories. I personally am a vegetarian, but with the amount of calories in this recipe (both were over 1,200 calories for the batches i made) you might as well just eat the real thing.

It's a shame, because like i said, they're tasty. Last time i ate these with ranch it was 895 calories total! yikes!

We tried the cauliflower wings and they were not good at all... but they were more of a batter coated than dredged in panko. Might have to try this other recipe :)

I totally agree with you! They were good, but I wouldn't make them often. I usually like to try something I haven't made before just once to see how it turns out.
