Guys it easy No more junk food, no more soda's, no more saying yes to ur midnight bad snacks like chocolate, ice cream any other junk cravings and for me no eating after 8pm but it's up to you.
Every Monday lets weight our self and see how many pounds each one of us lost! We can do this

It's up to you if you want to eat after 8pm or no, but definitely no junks you can only have them once a week:)0 -

I'm so happy I found this group, it's been a long lonely half a year on this journey.
I made a vow this year to change my life.
117kg -> 70 kg is the goal. Half way through and today I'm 100kgs.
Got another 30 to go... Whose with me3 -

I was just confused because the original post says: "Can challenge each other to get motivated to lose this Pounds away!!!! Who's with me? " But then something about junk and not eating after 8pm came up... Just trying to clarify what the rules are.0 -
