Just joined. Fitbit is synced but steps are not showing up on home page. Do I need to do something ?

    Ive been having problems with it for a couple of days already. It syncs but its showing the erong amount of steps. :(

    It seems to be hit or miss. I'm on day 9 of the link between the two not working right and that's not counting earlier this month when it was in a working a few days then not working a few days cycle.

    Mine was working fine for 2 weeks then stopped today. I had to uninstall each one and reconnect.following all the steps from scratch; it's back up and syncing!

    Assuming you have the apps connected to each other, this glitch normally rights itself with a day or so. I'm having the same issue currently.

    No worries, there are a lot of people (myself included) who are having sync issues. It will probably sort itself out over the next 24 hours.
