Gonna be a long and slow process, building back up, now that most of the foul is gone.6

I would have been ecstatic to have stayed at a weight of 137, but to my happy surprise, the weight continued to drop over the next couple years.
The thought of having lost 100 pounds is exhilarating, and I was happy to say that. Next, I would say that I dropped a whole person -- one who weighed more than I do now.
Went to my husband's church the other day, and someone came up to me and said I looked "so skinny." In the conversation, when I said that I used to weight twice as much, she said she hadn't noticed that I was even overweight. You know, some people are so critical, and others look at us and just see another person without all the judgment I expected as a large woman.15

I know my target weight is really not a healthy weight, but I haven't been below 170 in 20+ years. Even that goal seems so far away, and so many failed attempts to get to my "ideal" weight just keep haunting me. To get to 170 would be a start, and 68 pounds lighter than where I began. I would be healthier just getting to that.
If I get there - hopefully I will be able to continue losing, but putting a target weight of 135 - is too daunting, embarrassing. I'd have to admit that I am/was 100 pounds over weight. and that is depressing. even writing it here, is upsetting. I never put myself into that "I need to lose 100 pounds" category before. wow.

208 lb is my 27 BMI. I've always felt that my ideal weight is in the 25-27 BMI range, and my goal gets me in range.2

I'm in maintenance, so trying to stay near 140. If I gain up to 145, it's back to eating less.8

Even though I've reached TW, I'm still losing a bit (scale is fluctuating downward), so I'm working on determining the maintenance cals. Sure is nice to start ADDING calories and watching what happens on the scale. Just this whole exercise is a reward.9

Part of me wants to go for the full 200 lbs lost, which would bring me down to 150. But I don't feel like that would be sustainable for me, so that's why my doctor and I think a range of 165-175 is ideal for me.14

I've got 2 target goal weights to see if I'm comfortable at one of those weights instead of my actual goal weight. I feel like I would be too skinny at 150lb -- the BMI chart states I should be 140lb. I was max 180lb at the end of high school and I felt great. I was 165lb at the beginning of high school and felt great then as well -- so we'll see. 2 2

I'm trying to cut to around 18% BF. If my estimations are even close on my current BF%, then I should be at 18% when I get to around 116 lbs (providing I don't lose any more lean mass). Then after that I plan to start a bulk to add some muscle to my frame.8
