    208 lb is my 27 BMI. I've always felt that my ideal weight is in the 25-27 BMI range, and my goal gets me in range.

    I've got 2 target goal weights to see if I'm comfortable at one of those weights instead of my actual goal weight. I feel like I would be too skinny at 150lb -- the BMI chart states I should be 140lb. I was max 180lb at the end of high school and I felt great. I was 165lb at the beginning of high school and felt great then as well -- so we'll see.

    Recalibrate your calorie budget. Your body is smaller so needs less calories to be at a deficit than it did 28lbs ago.
