Is anyone doing Macro diet plan? I started that by watching youtube videos and purchasing some apps for that. It's been good to me so far!3

Thanks hayatbarron!! I haven't heard of that plan. I am trying this iaso tea (total life changes) and trying to track my meals (reduced calorie count) and get back on a regular workout routine. Let us know how it goes! You'll do great!!2

Hi Everyone - this could well be just what I need! I lost 35 pounds and have now managed to put back on 21 and just cannot get back on track. So here goes - I'm 64 years young and happy to have any new friends to help encourage or 'tell me off' !
