My SIL recommended this for me, but other than laying off sweets and caffeine, I don't know the specifics. Has anyone had any luck with it?

    Ignore sister in law

    Adrenal diet ...LMAO

If you have an issue with your adrenal gland you need an endocrinologist

My SIL keeps trying to sell me juice plus

I have lost 55lbs counting calories, I have got fit by moving more and training hard, I have got rid of asthma and anxiety attacks ..

She is still overweight and still unfit ...she still pushes her diet advice

I did a quick google search and could only find the 'Adrenal Fatigue diet'.
Meal timing, 'super foods', limiting sugar, no caffeine, and apparently certain foods prevent proper digestion.....

OP, just stick to a calorie deficit to lose weight. If you're feeling ill, go to a doctor and don't screw around with silly internet diets, especially those that require you to buy a book.
