    I know 175 doesn't sound like an ideal goal weight, but I'm 5'9" and I know that 175 is something I can maintain for the long run. I've gotten down to 155 before and quite honestly it took a LOT of work and time to get there. I now have 2 kids and time is at a premium for me.
