Helli Ladies,
Im new to this group. Need help with keeoing my tracking uo to date. I go for 2 wks then drop off. Been very active training for a century ride. Work out 5 days per week. Havent lost an ounce. Rode my bike for 6 hous on Saturday in 95 degree heat. Not .... one...... ounce. Help.

When you start working out and eating healthy it takes time for your body to adjust and get with the program.Its in shock like hey what is she doing??? Give it time!!! Keep doing what your doing and the weight with come off,hang in there0
