Hi ☺️ recently got the app to track my nutrients and daily steps..looking to maintain my weight but perhaps could get rid of some fat and replace it with muscle1

New to MyFitnessPal and am starting a 30 pound weight loss. I am keeping calories under/around 1200, carbs under 60, and exercising 45 day at least 5 times a week (plus a weekly trip to SeaWorld climbing all the water slides and I soooooooooo count that as exercise). Feel free to add me! Motivation always helps!!!
