Should I keep weekly goal at 2lbs or 1.5, or 1?

I am 2 weeks into MFP, have my goals set at 2lbs a week, and am eating back most of my workout calories burned. I am finding I am still somewhat hungry, and not sure if I should lower my goal to 1.5 lbs or 1lb to help? At 2lbs a week, I am allowed 2,500 calories a day and if I workout, I might be able to have about 2800 a day. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Do whatever you will be comfortable with. You'll achieve your goals and enjoy it if you don't try to overdue it. Focus more on logging your daily food logs, getting in daily exercise and staying motivated.0
