This is making me nuts. My carb/protein/fat Macros are set at 10/20/70% or 30/60/93 grams. My Nutrition goals go all over the place. Right now my goals read: 37/74/115 grams. Why does it do that?

Because you added exercise into your diary, which adds more calories and grams to your macros for you to eat

Exactly. MFP is set up so that when you exercise you get more calories to eat. It is already accounting for weight loss in your daily calorie goal so when you exercise you get more calories so you keep that same calorie deficit. When it adds calories it portions them out to your macros in the percentages you have specified.

THANK YOU! I know that happens with calories, but it never occurred to me, or my husband, who also uses MyFitnessPal, that was what was going on! Duh! Appreciate your input very much.

Macros have calories. Carbs are 4 per grams, Protein 4 per gram, fats 9 per gram. If you increase calories, you increase macros...
