A great and progressive idea! I'm quick to recommend MFP, and this feature would really benefit a lot of people.

I'm a type 2 diabetic and I test my fasting sugar every morning. I would love a feature like this so I can track my morning sugar levels and make sure I stay on top of my diabetes. Great idea!

I added a "Morning Sugar" on my daily check-in values which I fill in every morning. I just went to "check in" and then clicked on "track additional measurements" added a new one which I called Morning Sugar

How and where do you enter your blood sugar? I do not see that option

Here's where you post suggestions for new features:

The MFP folks aren't likely to see the suggestion here.

I have sent them this suggestion a couple times. I am hoping for feedback and support to back me when I make the next suggestion. Thank you for the information though.

I think the 2 boxes would be a great addition to MFP. I realize this may take loads of work for the Web page design specialists to get 2 little boxes as an addition to a meal page, but I hope they can do it. I also like that many more people might enjoy MFP & use it because of this additional area to test blood sugar & post it, & a place to specifically mark insulin units taken.

    Unless You mean something else?
    Go to here http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings
That is from the top of the main page in the light blue bar choose food, Then in the darker blue bar choose settings, That is the food settings not the one on the top in the white area. From there You will see this
    sgQARp.jpg
Then click the drop down box that I have indicated with an arrow and choose sugar.

    Good Luck
