 Once I get to my goal weight (about where I was at my prime) I'm going to focus on getting to the 12 to 15 percent BF range. Once I get there, I may go up to 155 or 160 pounds, but muscle this time not fat. I may decide to settle at one of those instead of 150 and begin recomposition then, for now the goal is to lose the weight and build my strength back up.1
