Please don't call me ignorant but I didn't know that coffee was calorie free... I guess that's why my Nescafe coffee didn't have a nutrition label on it haha; I love coffee!
Would adding stervia to it make it taste good? I need to try it0 -
Regular coffee is calorie-free, but when it doubt, check the label. I've never seen sugar sneaked into regular drip coffee, even flavored kinds, but some k-cup flavors do have sweetener added (at work we have mocha and chai k-cups but they are only 60 cals).
It seems to me like most people like sweetener (sugar or stevia, etc.) and cream in their coffee. Personally, I like just the teeniest bit of cream (like, a teaspoon) and I can't stand it sweet. If you're brewing your own coffee and would prefer to avoid sweeteners, you can also use other things to add flavor- vanilla bean and cinnamon are great together in coffee! Coconut milk is a good, slightly sweet, alternative to cream as well.1 -
Water and mineral water (check for the non-sodium one)! Sometimes I'll throw in a few chunks of watermelon or pineapple or a couple of frozen cherries for flavor.1

It's not quite calorie free, but it's so low that most wouldn't even consider worrying about it (roughly 1-3 kcal/8 oz., depending upon brew strength).2 -
Coke Zero for mefattyclatter wrote: »COKE ZERO VANILLA IS A THING?!
I hate living in the UK sometimes. I can rarely ever find regular Vanilla Coke. I would legit die of happiness if I found Vanilla Coke Zero.
Can you get sugar free vanilla DaVinci or Torani syrups? I've added those to my Coke Zero when in the mood for the vanilla, works great imo.0 -
Water and unsweetened iced tea, after that it's high octane scotch, wine and beer.0

I'm one of those people that really does like drinking water, but I do drink coffee daily (black) and occasionally cherry coke zero when I want some extra caffeine or something different. I just wish more places had it.1

Tea. Hot. Iced. Whatever.
They have unsweetened bottled tea. Some people don't like it, but I do. I just found one yesterday that surprised me by having lemon flavor and STILL unsweetened. Most bottled flavored teas are sweetened (150 Cal minimum, though I can't speak for diet since I don't drink diet drinks). Anyway, tea is zero cal without nasty artificial sugar, and if you get it unsweetened, you can be careful about what you add. You can't make southern-style sweet tea, but you can pour in a bit of cane syrup (or other liquid sweetener) if you want your iced tea sweetened.1 -
Coffee, Black tea or diet coke when I want something with caffeine.
Peppermint Tea, fruit teas, or Diet A&W Root beer when I want something without caffeine.0 -
Flavored seltzers are my go to.
I bring a liter bottle of seltzer to work every day and usually finish that by noon, then refill that with water and the liquid flavor a couple of times throughout the rest of the day.1 -
Today I bought a zero calories black tea seven eleven brand and I couldn't finish it, I had to throw it away. I then remembered I didn't like the flavor of unsweetened tea! It has been like 6 years or so since I drink tea0

What are your favorite drinks that contain few or no calories? I like drinking diet coke, although I don't drink it often. I also like drinking Sparkling Ice beverages but I very rarely find them at stores (surprisingly my dollar store sells them). Do you have any favorite drinks in particular?

Diet Dr. Pepper
Diet root beer. Mug is the best brand
Iced tea with splenda
Sparkling ice has a lot of great flavors0 -
I'm allergic to aspartame so finding drinks is kinda tricky but I love the store brand sparkling waters I get 1L for $.50 and can make one easily last two days. And I also use essential oils in my water to help when plain water just isn't cutting it. But I also still drink regular soda and tea I just limit it to one a day or if it's tea I cut back on the sugar. I've had more success going that route than cold turkey on anything. My husband and I are both watching our health and weight but we're not depriving ourselves either. Balance is the key to everything.0
