Just wanted to say hi - I have tried lots and lots of diets and always fail. I hope this works...I have heard this is an awesome site. This is my 1st day - Good luck to me and everyone else!

    Welcome to the site. The important thing to think about (and it took me a long time to get there) is that this is a lifestyle change and not a diet. Once you realize that, it is a little bit easier, I think. Feel free to add me as a friend and supporter.

    Hi there i also have just joined this week and am determined to lose 14lb and just tell myself everday and when i feel tempted to stray that im 100% committeed to becoming thin and healthy for life so here goes, good luck
