    HW: ??? guessing from pictures probably around 210 to 215 lbs
    SW: 189 lbs (beginning of May 2016)
    CW: 175.6 lbs
    TW1: 175 lbs

    GW: 150 lbs

    Once I get to my goal weight (about where I was at my prime) I'm going to focus on getting to the 12 to 15 percent BF range. Once I get there, I may go up to 155 or 160 pounds, but muscle this time not fat. I may decide to settle at one of those instead of 150 and begin recomposition then, for now the goal is to lose the weight and build my strength back up.

    just recently joined MFP and with the help of the nutritional guidelines and exercise tracking (and of course me deciding to finally buckle down and get serious!) I have lost about 9 lbs in 2 weeks. so happy to see this progress, although small, and it is so motivational and uplifting to read about all kinds of individuals on their own journey!
