I know we get focused on weight around here (and rightfully so) but I'm curious how everyone's doing with measurements.
List what you know.
I'll start. I'm 5'2" and 26 years old (for reference). Very hourglass shaped.

No spreadsheet here but here are my measurements
Waist 29.5 on 06/27/11
Hips 39.0 on 06/27/11
Arms 11.0 on 06/27/11
Thighs 21.0 on 06/27/110 -

I have trouble working out exactly where to measure for measurements tbh.
waist is above the naval but hips, is it where they start, end or in the middle :S0 -

I can't put any data as my weight is fluctuating due to meds & tiredness at the moment. I'm just glad to be able to record my diary so I can see where I can make better changes!!

Thank you for reminding me how important measurements are. Getting tape measure out now For reference I'm 30, almost 5'6" and 130 pounds.

Left Bicep:10.5"

Bust (underwire):32"
Bust (over cups): 34"
Left ankle:8.5"
Right ankle:8.5"

Wish I'd taken starting measurements as I'm down 23 pounds. Jeans size is 4-6 and bra size seems to be a 34 B or C kinda in between.0 -
Nice job everyone. I don't have all the measurements, but I do know I've lost 7.5 inches around my middle. I had really let myself go, for that was the biggest measurement. (I believe it was due to the pre-diabetes thing) Going away now! :bigsmile:0

Hip measurement should be around the fullest part of your booty.0 -
I am 29 and 5' 3.5". I did a June Challenge for myself to take weekly measurements :
Starting weight 182 lbs ** Fourth Week Weight 178 (-4)
Starting Right thigh 24.5" / Left thigh 24.75" ** Fourth week Right thigh 22" (-2.5) / Left thigh 22.5" (-2.25)
Starting Right arm 13" / Left arm 13" ** Fourth week Right arm 12.75" (-.25) / Left arm 12.5" (-.5)
Starting Natural waist 39" / Belly Button 44" / Hips 45.25" ** Fourth week Natural waist 36" (-3) / Belly Button 42" (-2) / Hips 44.5" (-.75)
I lost 11 inches From June 1st till Jun 29th
Edit: I started at 205 pounds and barely squeezing into size 18's from Old Navy... Now I am 176 and wearing loose 14's from Old Navy!!!0 -
