Can anyone recommend a good affordable food scale? I've never used a food scale before but sounds like a good way of tracking how much you eat. Are they easy to use? Thanks

Many good brands including Taylor, Ozeri, Biggest loser.
All available at your local walmart, target or bbbeyond for about $18.

I've used Salter, Taylor, and currently use OXO. The Taylor is a good scale for the price.0

Whatever brands Walmart and Target are carrying will work well.

Same scale as above for $18.89 at walmart

* Check your stores. Online does not mean cheaper every time. Even my Aldi has these scales.0 -
This is mine, I love it, use it every day and it's pretty on my countertop. Wow, they dropped the price to $12.95, I paid double for mine last year: https://amazon.com/Ozeri-Epicurean-Removable-Weighing-Platform/dp/B005WLPVUG/ref=sr_1_5?srs=2598028011&ie=UTF8&qid=1469882829&sr=8-5&keywords=food+scale0
