Here is my first week results and I have lost 2.2lbs wahoo I am so happy that I joined this challenge because before this week I was stuck in a three week slump. I just notice that week 4 weigh in is the day before my 25th birthday so that is good just in case I go off the rails hopefully not and the final weigh in is the day of my dad's birthday and my mum and dad wedding anniversary.5 -
I'm in ! My next check up with my transplant team is in October

I am working out and eating well but I think the newly gained 1.3lbs are from muscle growth rather than fat.
