I would like to walk or go to the gym everyday

Go for Walks I do it everyday for almost 2 hours before work and when I started I was only doing down the street and ow I'm doing 6 miles please add me1

Then go!! and if you feel weird, you'll get over it. Get your favorite music and get moving. I find that about half way into my workout or walks I start to sort of zone out--I get so mentally relaxed. Getting started is the hardest, then the first ten minutes are tough to get through, but then it gets easier. And the more you do it, the easier it gets.1
