Yes..

So I have had a 3 months long break full of travelling, dining out, no diet at all.

My body weight has increased from 77kg to almost 81kg - gain of 4kg.

And my body fat (measured only with my scale - i know not very accurate but just to see a trend it works for me) - has gone up from 12.7% to 14.6%.

Today I got back to the gym again. Did 1 hour workout/weights lifting and 40 mins cardio.

My aim is to get back to my weight - I ideally would like to weigh 76kg..

It is tough to get back to it again - but I am feeling a lot better after this morning gym's so hopefully will stick to it.

Are there any tips or hints you want to share to faster achieve my goal?

Thanks

i know. its been nice to be able to eat whatever I wanted at any time but now its time to get back into shape. I noticed no diet has caused my blood pressure to be higher, i had hearburn on a regular basis, I didnt sleep well and in general had less energy for everything!
