I have been eating Pure Protein Plus protein bars (200 cal, 20 g protein, 15-17 g fiber; buy at Walmart) for either snacks or part of a meal. Also, sometimes Trutein protein powders (get at bodybuilding.com). The bars are pretty filling. Trutein just tastes good. Right now, we are trying a new brand, Myprotein, that is supposed to have fewer ingredients and have been tested for protein accuracy, but it tastes like someone's old dog got really hot then went out in the rain to cool down, then dried off in the protein powder.

As for using as a meal replacement, sometimes when I'm not very hungry. But generally, I treat them as supplements.

I personally love Iconic Protein Drinks because they're not overly sweet, but they are not an every day thing for me, just when I forget to meal prep or need something quick after a workout because they are expensive. I've also done Fairlife milk or chocolate milk after a hard workout which has more protein than normal milk, but again, not cheap.
