5'8" - 5'9" - ladies what are your weight goals?

Hey!! So I came across a forum that had this for ladies that were between 5'3" and 5'4" but I'm really curious to know what are some of the weight goals for ladies my height. I get everyone has different a body but I need some perspective!

I'm 5'8" and my goal is 145 lbs. I started at 204 and now I'm at 190.5. I have awhile until I hopefully hit that goal, but slowly chipping away.7

I'm 5'9.25". 60 y.o. It seems I'm small framed after years of thinking I was large.....
Right now I'm at 143 but my goal is 135 to 140.
35.5 - 28.5 - 37.5 if that helps. I've discovered I'm banana-shaped.

I'm 5'8". I'd like to ultimately be just below or at 150lbs. A comfortable size 8.5

This. I'm 5'8" and currently 157. Around 150 or below my family thinks I'm on crack. Don't know why. Lol6 -
150 is goal. Maybe 145, the probably maintain at 150, I tend to bounce back over goal when switching to maintenance.2

5'8", 42 yrs old
My highest weight was 154 about 3 years ago. I lost about 10/15 lbs and have been maintaining fairly easily ever since. 138/140 lbs is where I have been for over two years now and where I feel my best.1 -
I'm 5'9.5 (ish..) And My first goal is 160. Then I will see from there. I have wide hips, I would like to be a size 9pants, us size but I have a large build according to (http://www.diet-blog.com/12/true-frame-size.php) 6.75 Inches. Based on only that, I'm aiming for in the middle... 160. And I will see how I feel.3

You can't judge your weight by others ...frame, genetics, musculature all play a part in scale weight

I am 48, around 135-140lb, 35-29-37.5 and lean. Nothing wrong with being built sleek, Lynzdee18. Your measurements are fantastic for your weight, your bones must be in good shape.2 -
5'9" and I'm happy at 175, but aiming to get (slowly) down to 165 now. I will note that I have significant scoliosis and my "natural height" would be 6'1" without it.
I measure 38"-30"-38" and have a large frame.0 -

I am 5' 10, 55yrs old and my goal is 160, for now, am very slim at 145. My goal after 160 is 150-155.2

5'9" and my goal is 168 right now, but only because it's the top of the "normal" category for bmi. I've been above that since high school so I'm not sure how much more than that I'll want to lose, I'm thinking 140-150 will be my ultimate goal.4

5'8, medium frame. Muscular. At 150 my friends compared me to a crack addict. I just think they were jealous.
CW: 173, I'm currently a size 8 pants and medium top.

I'm 5'8, current weight 147lbs, goal weight is 143lbs. My goal weight seems like a far off dream, i seem to be stuck at 147-150lbs, and i'm starting to make peace with that as I'm not prepared to eat less than i am at the moment.3

I'm 5'9" and 150. In college I was 135 and I anyways thought I wanted to be that weight again, but I think I'm pretty happy at 150 right now.4

That's not true at all...throw away whatever chart you are looking at ...130 is extremely light for that height ...your population healthy range is 125 to 1650 -

I agree, 130lbs on a 5'8 frame is hovering into underweight territory.. I was around 130 when i was living a very unhealthy lifestyle. I cringe when i look back at photo's of myself at that weight, wasn't a good look on me at all.0 -
I'm 5'9". Started this journey at 174lb and hope to end it really close to 150lb. I currently weigh 158:-)2
