Hi All. I have been yo yoing most of my adult life and am embarking on losing my final 1,stone 7 lbs to goal. I have recently had a little relapse and gained 6lbs but I'm feeling motivated and optimistic that I will reach my goal by Christmas. Today I bought a gorgeous dress that is a size 14 and I cannot do it up!!,I am hoping that it will fit for the Christmas party season ..... Please support my mission and I wish you all the best too!
