Looking for Calorie Count for Grilled Veggies
Options
I want to cook vegetables on my grill and I have no idea how to figure up the calorie count. I will have one zucchini, one yellow squash, an 8 oz package of cremini mushrooms, and one red pepper. I cut them, sprinkle with a little olive oil to keep them from sticking to the grill, and salt & pepper them. I'm thinking this would make approximately 4 servings. Any ideas?

Make it your own recipe. If you one listed the person may have marinated the veg or used more oil than you plan to use.0

Put it in the recipe feature here, the biggest calorie hit from what you listed will come from the oil obviously, put all the ingredients in, the full amount of oil you use, tell it that it makes 4 servings and it will give you the calorie count per serving.0

You can break it down using single components, if you use a scale it will be easy, weigh each of the vegetables before grilling, and if you measure out the oil before you sprinkle it, otherwise if you are a good judge of amounts (I am not) you can go into my food and put the recipe in.0
