I'm just barely 5'8 at the moment my goal is 160 with an eye to 140. I'll decide when I get closer1

5'8" and my goal is 150. According to the charts I should weigh 130 but I just don't think I can make that happen!1

5'9" and my goal is 168 right now, but only because it's the top of the "normal" category for bmi. I've been above that since high school so I'm not sure how much more than that I'll want to lose, I'm thinking 140-150 will be my ultimate goal.4

5'8, medium frame. Muscular. At 150 my friends compared me to a crack addict. I just think they were jealous.
CW: 173, I'm currently a size 8 pants and medium top.

I'm 5'8, current weight 147lbs, goal weight is 143lbs. My goal weight seems like a far off dream, i seem to be stuck at 147-150lbs, and i'm starting to make peace with that as I'm not prepared to eat less than i am at the moment.3

I'm 5'9" and 150. In college I was 135 and I anyways thought I wanted to be that weight again, but I think I'm pretty happy at 150 right now.4

That's not true at all...throw away whatever chart you are looking at ...130 is extremely light for that height ...your population healthy range is 125 to 1650 -

I agree, 130lbs on a 5'8 frame is hovering into underweight territory.. I was around 130 when i was living a very unhealthy lifestyle. I cringe when i look back at photo's of myself at that weight, wasn't a good look on me at all.0 -
I'm 5'9". Started this journey at 174lb and hope to end it really close to 150lb. I currently weigh 158:-)2

5'8" and goal of 172lbs but I carry a lot of muscle from competitive sports. When I weighed 172 about 2 years ago I was a UK size 10/12, about a US8.1

Goal weight 1 is basically a "wait and see" weight, the last time I weighed that I remember thinking I was really fat and needed to lose more weight. Obviously I now have a different perspective, so I'll wait and see when I get there if I really could stand to lose a few more or if I should stay at that weight.0 -
Not female but I'll chime in! 5'7" with a small frame. I weigh 145 in my profile pic. I get chubby at anything over 155. I look gaunt at 140.0

5'8 currently 157 want to be at 150. 145 is impossible I've discovered for me. So 150 is goal0

I'm 35, 5'8" and currently 188 (started dieting at 192). My GP suggested I drop 30, so that's my goal: 162 and see how that feels. I haven't been that low since I graduated from college and was exercising all the time. I've also had two kids since then. (Worried I'm gonna lose my boobs! Kind of silly thought but a very real one)1

Really enjoying this thread and hearing from you all!
I'm 5'9", and currently 205. At my heaviest I was 220, and two years ago was down to 185. I gained the 20 pounds back over the last 18 months when my boyfriend and I were long distance and spending every weekend traveling and with the other person. We've now moved in together, and I'm making progress towards getting back on track with my food and fitness.
My first goal is to get back below 200. From their I aim to approach it in 5 and 10 pound increments. I'd really love to get into healthy BMI range, which is 168 at the highest end.1 -

Oh.
I like being 125 at 5'9", actually, but did bulk on purpose to get to 130 and overshot to my current 136ish.
But anyway, I like being in the 120s and 130s and that's where I've stayed, so far. Not sure what will happen as I lift more.
Sorry if that's an unpleasant surprise. I would be very happy to drop back under 130, but not back to 120, never under 125 again if I can avoid it.6 -
I'm 5'8 and currently 133. Aiming for 128-130ish. I think I must have a small frame because I don't look super skinny or anything. I really need to gain more muscle and I have been lifting for a while but I'm probably not eating enough calories to support muscle gains.2
