How do you log Piyo in MFP?

I'm just starting this workout. I did lower body today and I don't know how to log it in. Any ideas?

Try the Map my fitness site and transfer the data from there to MFP1

It's like high intensity yoga, right? I'd probably log it as yoga, vinyasa. If there is a lot of strength training included, maybe log circuit training (or half of each) and make a note of what you did.1
