Hello,
My name is Armelle and trying to get fit. I had fitnesspal for a while but never took it seriously. I am now on my way to 35, I want a healthier me. I will be counting calories and at least exercise 4x a week. My pass failure has been the scale, I would give up when I didn't see the scale go down. This time I will be trying to not weight daily

Forget about the scale. You know you're doing it by how you feel. This process is a big mental game! Stick with it!1
