Just wanted to introduce myself

Hi everyone, I am a single Mom, going on 45 with a 13 yr old and a 10 yr old. Both boys. I am currently 36lbs over my goal and today is my first day using this app.
I work full time and my youngest plays football. I barely find time to get in 5 hours of sleep, let alone work out. Any suggestions will be grateful. I have never been one to exercise and I find I crave sugar and carbs. I stopped drinking alcohol 4.5 yrs ago and stopped drinking Soda 1 yr ago. I just can't seem to get control of wanting these carbs and sugar.
