Losing weight gaining muscle

Trying to lose weight and gain muscle. I am at gym now 6 days a week. Seeing good results.

    Same with me. I'm at the gym 5-7 days a week and I've been trying to lose weight and gain muscle. Seems to be working pretty good so far. Not as much of a loss as I would like but when you're gaining muscle too you gotta expect that lol

    I have started going to the gym, but only 3-4 times a week. I am basically just trying not to lose muscle while I am losing weight. I then want to put on a little muscle. It is good to hear that you seeing the results. Right now, I am just sore.
