I'm aiming for 160-154 pounds but having been 237, 160 seemed reasonable. Now I'm getting close to the 160 I'm already thinking of changing to 154, will see... I think I would look ill at 122 but everyone is different. (5'7 btw)3

For 5"8 I'd say no lower than 140lbs. There are some women who can pull off lower weight, but for me and at 5"8, 140lbs would be the absolute lowest i'd go.3

I'm 5'7" and looked and felt my best at between 132 and 138. I really enjoyed seeing the scales at 128 (my ideal weight...in my head), but I didn't feel quite as good as I did when I was a few pounds heavier. That was just three years ago. Then I was in an accident (hit by a texting driver) and gained almost 100 pounds. Now I'm thinking 145 wouldn't be bad for a middle aged mum of five.1

5"8 here and currently 163 pounds. A year ago I was 154 but I remember still feeling fat when I was that weight so my ultimate goal is 140.4

I'm 5ft 7, currently 157lbs, aiming for 140 (down from 211). I am currently my lowest ever adult weight, I don't know what I'll look like at 140 as I haven't weighed that since I was in my mid-teens, I just picked that number because it means my BMI will be just slightly above the middle of 'healthy'.
According to BMI stats, I could get to about 120lbs before being considered 'underweight' but the idea of getting that low is pretty much abhorrent to me, I'm sure would look (and feel!) ghastly.0 -
I'm 5,7 and currently 178. My ideal weight that I'm aiming for is 145. I use to be 135-138 and would be happy getting back to that but it's a bit unrealistic for me. Looking for some friends - feel free to add me. Been having a hard time sticking to anything.1

I am 5'7 and currently weigh 124lbs (was 148lbs May 1st). My target weight is 118lbs, once I reach that I plan to start heavy lifting and building big muscles so I can eat more. I want to be buff.2

Hi Cheyanne, are you looking to gain some? 122 is fine, especially as young as you are, that's 18.5 BMI so not underweight.
There is some evidence that staying above a 20 BMI is less risky as you get older, but nothing to worry about yet. That would be around 131lb.
So for young women, 122 is a good bottom weight, for older women 131 is a good minimum.0 -
I'm 5'7" and 36 years old, with four kids, and anywhere between 135 and 145 looks best on me. I'm currently 144, but still nursing my youngest child, so a few lbs seem to be hanging on most stubbornly, lol. Im still within my ideal range tho, so I'm not complaining!1

I'm 5ft 7, cw 168, aiming for 147 initially, then I'll decide what my next target will be. Most likely another 10lbs.1

I'm 5'7, 30, currently 211. My goal weight is 128. But I have a feeling I'll probably be fine in the mid-upper 130s. My lowest weight all the way back in HS was 145 and I was pretty trim at that weight. So 128 might actually be a bit low for me. But I just wanna see it for myself lol.0

I am 5'7" and currently weight 242 I see everyone posting what they want to be and it's funny how everyone's body is so different at certain weights. When I was 145, I looked like a bobblehead! I felt and looked my best at 170 (not muscular at all). Weird thing is, at my current weight, people are surprised that I weigh this much, they tell me I carry it very well, guess I have compressed fat . Either that's the truth or they are just being really nice.0

I would like to get to around 145 really need to start lifting though as at the moment I still have a lot of fat to shift and not a lot of muscle so thinking of slowing it down for recomp feel free to add me can never have too many friends0 -
Well I'm 5'6 so I'm kinda around you guys. LMBO. My healthy weight would be 160. I know the BMI charts would still consider that over weight but I feel if you're 160 and fit with a low percentage of body fat you'll be fine.1

I'm 5'7 and 133ish pounds. I have gotten down to 125 and felt terrible. My body seems to do its best between 130-135.0

I'm 5'7 and currently 150. I think around 130, I got told I was nearing at the wrong end of the bmi range by the doctor at 136, but I got complacent0

I started this journey at 242 lbs, currently at 230. I would love to be around 170 lbs again. I was thin and very athletic back in high school and stayed around 170 lbs then. I am build pretty muscular and big boned.0

I am 5'8" and currently 158 down from 192. I am absolutely healthy at this weight-I am now just working on being fit, tone and a bit stronger so my weight may go up instead of down even though I am shrinking. I am between a size 6/8 right now and I love it. still a little belly fat I would like to get off but at 47 I am really happy with where I am. I LOVE IT!!!4

I am 5'7 1/2" and have a range of 131 - 134 (morning starting weight). My body seems to usually settle in the 133 range. I will say that since beginning my fitness journey, I put on a good 8 lbs of muscle, yet lost inches and clothing sizes (down two sizes). So there's that.. I try not to focus too hard on the scale because it's evil (but I like to weigh myself so I know, as I am a creature of habit).1

I'm 5'7. I've never been at healthy weight so I don't know what I look like there. SW was 260, CW is 231. My first goal is 160. Then body recomp and I'll evaluate how much farther I want to go. My best guess is around 140-1454

Body composition is key. The lowest I've ever been is 140lbs I'm heading to 135 to bulk up to 160 then cut back to 140.

You're cutting to 118 to then lift to get buff?. Stop now. There is no need to cut that low to build. you are already at the low end and you could have bulked from your initial weight of 148.1 -

5'8" here, currently 125, look best around 117-120. Small framed. Everyone is different for sure.2

I'm a guy but will chime in. 5'7" and 145 lbs. I feel like this is my ideal. I look chubby on midsection above 155.1

I'm 5'7" . Goal is 140 but I'll evaluate from there if I want to lose more or not. I really can't imagine being in the 120s and looking healthy but everyone is different.0
