Food Diary Settings

I changed my Food Diary to track foods by hour, like 6am-9am. Just in the past few days I've been able to see my pattern and it's really helping me keep on top of things. I think this is a great way to track when I get my salt cravings and when I should drink the most water.

    I just changed mine too. Thanks for the tip. I think this will help remind me that I shouldnt eat after 9pm.
  • I may try that as well idk. i'd have to bring a notebook with me to record at what time i ate at work lol

    I did that too. Its split into 3 hour chunks that sort of relate to my daily schedule, since I don't really eat regular mealtimes. i think it helps me space out my eating.
