What's everyone's favorite post work out snack? I always want something salty and a lot of water!!!

I go for milk, protein powder, and strawberry smoothie or peanut butter, protein powder and milk smoothie. Other stuff i eat is a glass of milk and loaded peanut butter on saltines, or yogurt.0

What is with all the milk? I'm lactose interolerant and really don't care for milk as it is, so that's out of the question!0
