Does anyone have a general website they use to find good exercise routines for men?

I used to have a trainer but I recently moved and the gyms aren't so great around me anymore nor are the trainers... i'm a bit unfocussed when I get in the gym and unsure of what exercises that compliment eachother..

Look into any of the following: Body for Life, Stronglifts 5x5, Jim Wendler's 5-3-1.

I use bodyrock.tv .... The narrator is a woman but it's for either sex. Shes a real cutie too.

    I'm currently trying p90..

Not really sure that I like it.. I'd rather be in the gym using free weights.

    I enjoy spinning

I do moderate elliptical.. just keeping my heart rate up 170ish

I'm pretty lost when it comes to sticking to specific exercises with weights though.

    p90X! It's tough but certainly do-able if you're committed.

Plus you feel like a million bucks everytime you finish a work out.

What's specilly good about it is that it's a full body workout. I can't imagine having to plan my own routines. Tony always explains modified versions for beginners and for people who have bands instead of a pullup bar.

    Definitely worth a try
