I am new to this site, after a friend mentioned it to me. I LOVE IT! I am starting to get into the ritual of recording my calories. All though there are a few times I find myself eating something I shouldn't...I just limit to what I'm putting in my mouth. I don't look like a heavy person to many of my friends and family; but I don't feel "fit" and I really feel like that's what I want to be.

Hopefully recording my calories will help me realize, I need to burn more!

Any suggestions on eating habits?! Mine are HORRIBLE!

Thanks!

Try to stick to your calories, exercise for extra cals if you need more food, drink lots of water, and visit hungrygirl.com for great substitute ideas.
