So I'm ging out for sushi today and I have no idea how to calorie track it...I think it's going to have to be a cheat meal. Sushi is mostly healthy, right?

Find equivalent entries in the database. The rice makes them pretty high in calories, and it's worse for fried/spicy ones with sauces.0

Sashimi and traditional sushi items aren't too bad. When you get into tempura, spicy mayo and cream cheese it gets more calorie dense. There are some items in the database you can use to estimate. I always pick something in the medium- high range. And count soy sauce as well.
I'm jealous! I have a massive sushi craving!2 -
You may have to guess on some things but there are a lot of sushi listings already in the database. The numbers may not be exact, but they are better than nothing.0

I had a spicy tuna roll for lunch. The MFP data base lists it at 240 calories, which sounds reasonable to me. It was worth it. YUM1

Look at the AFC brand of sushi in the food database. They should be close to what the sushi at the restaurant are.
When I go out to eat chinese/japanese/sushi I usually don't count it in my food diary [I add custom calories instead] but I tone down breakfast and skip lunch to compensate for that.0
