Ready to climb back up on the wagon and focus on a healthy diet. Weight is pretty good now but losing another 15lbs would be really great! Need to lower my 'bad' fat numbers and raise the protein. ;

    Welcome back! Please feel free to add me if you need additional support. I am currently in my 8th week of clean eating, no dairy, no carbs (except things like sweet potatoes) and no processed sugar with a few cheat meals, and working out bootcamp style circuit training 3-5 times a week. So far 12lbs lost and my body,s been shifting in good ways.
