lol it can take a little practice though. And if it's not worth it to you, it's not worth it. I got the poverty macros.

LOL. I haven't dared trying. I just don't really see the point anyway as I don't need protein powder to reach my protein goal...

    Yeah it's nasty.

I much prefer protein pudding. Make pudding-add protein powder.

That's how I felt about the protein powder cookie dough as well. "Just like real cookie dough!"
No...I've never had a real cookie that tasted like so much sadness. :s

    Also...in for David Tennant! <3:smiley:

    What the what what?

I had a few fails when i first starting making it, that slimy gummy xanthan gum effed me up! The first time i must have put too much in, and the the whole lot was wadded around the the beaters of my mixer, there was pretty much nothing in the actual bowl! The second time i think there was more splattered on me, my kitchen bench and the walls then there was left in the bowl! And yes, 10 minutes of mixing can be a PITA. I'm actually having it for dessert tonight lol I am NOT giving up until i get it perfect!

Someone else mentioned protein pudding, i make this too but it has twice the calories of fluff (which i only make when i dont have many calories left over for dessert.) I add:

    300g whole milk yogurt
    50g choc/peanut butter casein
    10-15g chia seeds

Top with cottage cheese or whipped cream and raspberries.

ETA: Did you use casein? How much xanthan gum did you use, too much makes it taste shite.
