Hello, everyone! I can't say i'm new here, because this is like 5th time that i'm installing MFP and trying to lose weight. :/
I have 90kg and 170cm, so my BMI is 31,1.
I dont have problem with how i look and that's why i've never really put some effort to loosing weight. But, now my health is in danger so i must do it.
I'm looking forward to meet all of you and to be each other support. o:)

Also, sorry for my bad english. I will work on that too. xD

    I'm in the same boat. About the 3rd time doing this app. First time ever posting anything. I got a lot more work to do than you but fight the good fight. Thanks for the inspiration.

    Same here... i lost 15 kg in 4 months... now i am stuck... can't get lower than 95kg.

    Any advise is welcome
