Over Eating!

All I want to do today is sit on my couch and eat whatever I want. Why are the weekends so hard? The struggle is real.

    It's because everyone needs a vacation now and then, even from dieting. The struggle is very real.

    If you take a break today, it's probably okay, and you can always get back on the diet train with the next meal.

    week ends are hard because you are making them hard - what stops you from eating what ever you want and track it accordingly. Control how much you eat not what you eat!

    Weekends are often better for me... I have time for a long run so I have more calories to eat!

    If you need a vacation from dieting after 5 days, you're doing it wrong!
