How does everyone know how many calories they burned after weight training or doing a work out such as T25? I want to know and not sure I fully trust what MFP tells me once I enter my exercise?

I'd scrawl the web for any calorie info on T25 and see if they can shed any light on it. I do Powerwave and found a FAQ's section on their website that told me it can vary from 300-700 cals so I kinda guessed mine at 400cals and I only log it as 300 if I feel like I slacked a bit that day. I rarely eat back all my exercise calories anyway so don't worry too much if I only really burnt 300 and if I somehow managed to burn more then, great! Bigger deficit than I logged
