Stuff I grab on nearly every grocery trip:
Mixed salad greens
Cheese for salads, like mozzarella or gorgonzola
Baby carrots
Grape tomatoes
Hummus
Berries of some sort
Greek yogurt (Fage is my favorite)
And I always have eggs, frozen veggies, low-sodium soups, raw almonds, good quality butter, and Parmesan cheese around, though all those go bad less quickly0 -
rice and quinoa, veggies (fresh, frozen and canned), fruit, bread, almond milk, fiber one bars, cereal, meat (for family) non meat products like tofu/beans/lentils for me, rice crackers, hummus, yogurt (greek and source 35 cal)0
-
Greek yogurt(Dannon Vanilla and the Chobani Pineapple), Special K Mutigrain Crackers, Fiber One Bars, and Weight Watcher Whole Wheat Bread.0
-
cottage cheese (fat free), apples, string cheese, whatever fruit and veggies look good that week!0
-

NEED IDEAS!0 -
Canned tomatoes, canned chickpeas, canned lentils, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, potatoes, sweet potatoes (yams?), pumpkin, frozen peas and corn, milk, bread, oats.
Those are the essentials.0
