How do I calculate home made biscuits

I am currently trying low carb and have made some cookies/biscuits for us UK folk.
The recipient has made 18 biscuits but I'm finding it impossible to calculate my carbs and fat...any simple help much appreciated.

Use the recipe builder within this app.

    Pretty much.
When I have recipes of my own, I plug them into the recipe builder and it gives me the info on each ingredient. It also allows you to set it by serving.

yep - recipe builder. If you do any of your own cooking you really should be using it.

When you go into your Food Diary and enter a meal it is one of the tabs called "Recipes".

The recipe tab sometimes disappears off the right hand side of the screen and you have to scroll to get it.

It's one of the best things about mfp, I find it amazingly useful.
